While creating the express entry profile, the applicant is allowed with a CRS score. For language proficiency, the maximum CRS score given with partner/spouse is 170 points and if the applicant is applying without spouse or partner the maximum CRS score given will be 160 points.
For Canada immigration, there are 60 immigration programs under Refugees and citizenship Canada (IRCC). Express entry is the shortest and fastest way to immigrate to Canada. But to apply under Express Entry applicant must score 6 bands as a language proficiency eligibility test in IELTS for each module.
